Recently open on South Beach. This newly constructed state of the art parking garage is a twenty-four hour operation. There are 496 public spaces. The facility is patrolled by a security force and close circuit cameras monitor each floor.

Services shoppers and employees of 41st Street (Arthur Godfrey Way) business district. Available for monthly permits or daily customers.
